 Our standard booths require a 10' x 10' area and proximity to a grounded power outlet. For the 360 Booth, we require a 12' x 12' area to ensure a safe "splash zone" for the spinning arm.

3. Secure Your Spot A signed contract and a 25% non-refundable deposit are all it takes to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the big day.

• Custom Monthly Plan: Secure your date with a 25% deposit and spread the remaining cost across manageable monthly installments.
• The Three-Step Plan: Pay a 25% deposit today, followed by three equal payments leading up to your event.
• Standard Deposit: Lock in your date with a deposit today, with the final balance due just 15 days before your celebration.

You will be able to select your preferred plan and review all schedules during the final step of our secure online booking process.

St. Louis weather is unpredictable! For outdoor events, we require a fully covered, level surface (like a tent or pavilion). If the weather becomes unsafe (high winds or driving rain), our attendants will temporarily pause service to protect the equipment and your guests. 

Please note that our equipment is an electrical device and cannot be operated in the rain. Even a light drizzle can pose a safety risk and potentially harm your guest or damage the equipment. For this reason, we kindly request a backup indoor location or covered space in the event of inclement weather.
