St. Louis weather is famously unpredictable! To ensure your event stays magical regardless of the forecast, we have the following weather policy:
1. The Requirement: For all outdoor events, our equipment must be placed on a fully covered, level surface (such as a professional tent, gazebo, or pavilion). This protects the electronics from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
2. The Rain Policy: Because our booths are high-end electrical devices, they cannot be operated in the rain. Even a light drizzle poses a safety risk to your guests and can cause permanent damage to our DSLR cameras and touchscreens.
